Our Management Team
Mr. Hochberg is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner for the firm. He takes great care listening to integrative business challenges, translating those into technology voids, and finding the right solution for each clients business. He also takes these needs and looks at future considerations before a client is forced to play catch-up. He believes that technology should be a business enabler, and when correctly implemented and supported, makes any business more efficient. He is a problem solver at heart for his clients and provides leadership for Paradigm Technology Group. His responsibilities include overseeing vendor administration, selection, and account management initiatives. Mr. Hochberg imparts both knowledge and customer philosophy on everyone involved in the business. He specializes in vendor consolidation, WAN, and voice services for clients located internationally. His clients look to his team for his expertise in containing OPEX, while providing a higher level of support and responsiveness. Mike believes every client is a truly important relationship, and takes pride in continually exceeding his clients expectations. Prior to Paradigm, Mr. Hochberg held various leadership positions for Cimco Communications, a Chicago based CLEC which was acquired in 2010 by Comcast. Mr. Hochberg is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
Mr. Hollock is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner for the firm. Mr. Hollock has focus on the lifecyle IT needs of Paradigm Technology Groups clients. He rigorously evaluates business requirements and recommends the appropriate IT solution to meet the business objective in a cost-effective manner. Paul previously held IT leadership positions at The PrivateBank and Trust Company. Paul is a graduate of St. Xavier University.
Mr. Ihde is responsible for business development, account management and marketing at Paradigm Technology Group. Kevin has over 20 year’s business development & account management experience with a technical concentration. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ihde held key roles in Telecom, IT, and Software. His consultative and collaborative approach delivers efficient solutions with measurable ROI and reductions in operating expenditures. During his 15 year tenure at CIMCO Communications, he was responsible for all aspects of account acquisition, while developing key verticals and leading sales initiatives. CIMCO’s success through organic growth and industry-leading client satisfaction resulted in a strategic, landmark, acquisition by Comcast in 2010. Kevin solves business challenges with an emphasis on integrity and exceptional ongoing support and responsiveness. Mr. Ihde holds BS degrees in both Operations Management and Marketing from Illinois State University.
